Ms. Mhase, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to amend the petition.

Leave is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

The petitioner has assailed the order dated 12.09.2022 passed by the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad rejecting petitioner's application for grant of stay during pendency of the appeal. A substantive revision application challenging the decision of the Collector, Latur is pending before the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad.

The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that during pendency of the present petition, an effect has been given to

the order passed by the Tahsildar and the name of the petitioner' s mother has been deleted from the records of the right to the property. In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the present petition. 5.

The only prayer that Ms. Mhase presses is for expediting the revision application pending before the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad.

In view of the above, the following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) The writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. (ii) The Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad is however, requested to expedite the hearing of the revision application and make an endeavour to decide the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably by 31.03.2023.
