The petitioner prays that, either the State Government should initiate the process for filling in the vacant posts of 'Centre Head' (dsanzizeq[k) in Zilla Parishad, Parbhani or appoint the petitioner as an Adhoc Cluster Chief Officer/ dsanzizeq[k2. The learned A.G.P. placed before us a communication, issued by the Education Director (Primary), Maharashtra State, Pune, addressed to the Chief Executive Officers of all the Zilla Parishads in the State of Maharashtra, directing them to initiate the process for filling up the said vacancies. The manner of filling in the vacancies and the percentage available is also mentioned.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the entire Zilla Parishads in the State of Maharashtra will have to work upon assessing the vacancies available and submit the entire data to the Government. Thereafter, the examination process will have to be commenced. After conducting the exams and the declaration of the results, the appointments could be made. This is likely to take some time. 4.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 5.

We expect the State Government to pursue the recruitment process seriously and ensure that the entire selection process is completed and appointments are made, on or before 30/09/2023. (SANJAY A. DESHMUKH, J.) (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.) sjk
