1] The present Civil Application is filed to condone the delay of 70 days in filing the Civil Revision Application. 2] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that when the judgment and decree passed by the Appellate Court, the summer vacation of the Lower Court had started and after resumption of the Court, the applicants applied for certified copies and obtained the same. Thereafter, sometime was consumed for taking decision to file appropriate proceedings. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant had fallen ill due to viral infection and his son was required to be taken care of

2227.23CA by the applicant, therefore, he could not approach the Advocate immediately. The learned counsel for the applicant, therefore, submits that the present Civil Application may be allowed.

3] For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Delay is condoned. Accordingly, Civil Application is disposed of.

4] List Civil Revision Application on 17th August, 2023.
