Mr Mahajan, the learned counsel submits that the petitioners are sought to be transferred against the procedure and Government Resolution dated 27th February, 2017.

Mr. Desle, learned counsel appears for respondent Nos.3 and 4. Learned AGP appears for represent Nos.1 and 2. 3.

In view of the recent Government Resolution, if a party has grievance with regard to his transfer, the grievance can be raised before the Chief Executive Officer and if the Chief Executive Officer rejects the application of the petitioner, then the petitioner has further remedy before the Divisional Commissioner.

In light of above, we dispose of the petition,

permitting the petitioner to file application/ representation with respondent No.3.

5.

Respondent No.3 shall consider and decide the application filed by the petitioner within seven days from the date of receipt of the application from the petitioner, on its own merits.

6.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. 7.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
