It is an application for restoration of the writ petition with prayer to condone the delay in seeking such a restoration, which has been dismissed in default for non-removal of the office objections. 2.

The delay is of 80 days. There is no serious objection raised by the respondents, some of whom have not appeared in spite of service of notice. 3.

Considering the nature of the dispute and for the reasons mentioned in the application and in the interest of justice, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned and the writ petition is restored subject to the condition that the office objections would now be removed within a period of two weeks.
