This application is filed for restoration of the second appeal, which came to be dismissed for want of removal of office objections on 15th September, 2021. 2.

The Counsel for the Applicants states that before issuance of notice to the Respondents, Appeal came to be dismissed, hence, at this stage no notice is required to be issued to the Respondents. For the reasons mentioned in the application, application deserves to be allowed as this Court finds no malafides which can be attributed to the Appellants for not taking steps in time. The Counsel for the applicants undertakes to the Court that within 2 weeks office objections would be removed. Undertaking is accepted.

In view of the same, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'A' and 'B'. If office objection are not removed within two weeks, this order shall stands vacated without further reference of this Court.
