The Petitioner is aggrieved by the impugned order dated 10th June, 2022 passed by Respondent No.3, declaring the Petitioner surplus and directing her absorption in a Primary School at Ausa. Since the Petitioner's child is physically challenged, she has moved a representation dated 25th October, 2021, indicating that she has a special child, who needs constant medical attention and parental care. On the basis of the representation, it is prayed that she should be absorbed in Latur city.

On the request of the Court, Shri U. B. Bondar, the learned Advocate appears on behalf of the Zilla Parishad. He has opposed this Petition.

Considering the above and the peculiar facts indicating that the son of the Petitioner suffers from Cerebral Palsy and has several other physical challenges, that we direct the Zilla Parishad to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 25th October, 2021 sympathetically and initiate appropriate steps, depending on the vacancies available, as early as possible and preferably, on or before 15th May, 2023.

The Writ Petition stands disposed off.
