Mr. Narwade, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Sub-Divisional Officer is supposed to delete the mutation entry as per the orders passed. The petitioner had moved the Sub-Divisional Officer for deletion of Mutation Entry No. 2878; however, the Sub-Divisional Officer is not taking cognizance.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all the respondents and submits that in such cases, the petitioner can move the Committee constituted by the Divisional Commissioner as per Circular dated 13th February, 2015.

In view of the above, the petitioner may move the Committee constituted by Circular dated 13th February, 2015. In case an application is filed by the petitioner before the Committee, it shall consider the said application and pass appropriate orders thereon expeditiously, preferably within three months from the date of receipt of the application.
