The name of the petitioner is removed from the centralized admission process. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he seeks leave to withdraw the petition and file proper petition in view of the subsequent developments.

2] Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The petitioner may file proceedings as may be permissible under law. No costs.
