Present applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 133/2015 registered at Gondi Police Station, District Jalna for the offence punishable under Section 307 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4/25 of the Arms Act. 2.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor fairly concedes that the applicant is implicated as an accused upon the statement of co-accused.

Apart from above, there is no iota of evidence is available on record.

In view of above, it will be appropriate, in my opinion, to order the release of the applicant on bail. Hence, I propose to pass the following order :- The applicant be released on bail, upon executing the P.R. bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen thousand) with one surety in the like amount, in connection with Crime No. 133/2015 registered at Gondi Police Station, District Jalna for the offence punishable under Section 307 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4/25 of the Arms Act.
