Mr. Yeramwar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not yet absorbed though school where the petitioner was working is closed down. The petitioner was working in a school for handicapped persons.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader

2 wp 11838.18 submits that the steps are being taken for absorption of the petitioner. Now the name of the petitioner is at serial number 25 of the seniority list of the persons to be absorbed.

The respondents shall take steps to absorb the petitioner as is permissible in law and in accordance with the seniority list of the persons to be absorbed. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
