DATED : 14th DECEMBER, 2018 Order :- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP for respondents and its officials. There is an innocuous prayer in the petition, inasmuch as petitioner sought direction to respondents No. 2 and 3 to decide the representation filed by petitioner on 10-08-2016 and 29-09-2016 (Exhibit - J collectively). In that view of the matter, we direct the respondents No. 2 and 3 to decide the said representations on its merits in accordance with law and keeping in view factual aspects, as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of eight weeks from today.

Needless to observe that the aforesaid authority will be at liberty to call petitioners for hearing in case they needed any information from petitioners.
