Learned counsel for the applicants submits that during the pendency of the Criminal Application, the matter i.e. proceeding before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalna proceeded and all the applicants have been acquitted of the offense punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code i.e. in Regular Criminal Case No. 1015 of 2023 by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalna on 03.07.2024 which was arising out of FIR vide C.R. No. 679 of 2023 registered with Sadar Bazar Police Station Jalna.
