We have considered the submissions of the learned advocates for the respondents.

The petition has been dismissed on account of non-removal of office objections. The delay of 219 days is caused in filing the restoration application. The delay is neither deliberate nor inordinate. 5.

For the reasons set out, this application is allowed.

All office objections in the writ petition shall be removed on or before 28.07.2023 and on this condition, the writ petition would be restored.
