The learned counsel for petitioners submits that, the apprehension of petitioners to approach this Court is that, caveat is filed by the Municipal Council before the Civil Court. The petitioners are in possession on the basis of kabala. The respondents are trying to dispossess the petitioners. 2.
If the respondent authorities are illegally trying to dispossess the petitioners, then the petitioners have remedy before the Civil Court to seek injunction as it appears dispute is about possession or for some other eventualities. 3.
In the light of that, the petitioners may approach the Civil Court. The writ petitions are disposed of with liberty as aforesaid. All contentions are kept open. For a period of three
(03) days from today, the status quo as on today with regard to writ properties be maintained.
