Mr Karpe, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed revision before respondent No.1. against the order passed by the Additional Commissioner Nashik issuing revenue recovery certificate. Revision was filed on 11.04.2019 alongwith stay application. The same is not yet decided. The petitioner has deposited 25% amount as was directed earlier by the Additional Commissioner, Nashik. 2.

Learned AGP accepts notice for respondent Nos. 2 to 5.

At present we are not inclined to consider the writ petitions on merits. The petitioner has averred that he has filed revision before the Hon'ble Minister alongwith stay application in April, 2019 and the same is still pending. Interest of justice would be sub-served, if respondent No.1 is directed to decide the stay application at the earliest.

Respondent No.1 shall pass order on the stay application filed by the petitioner preferably within 15 days and till the said application is decided, no further steps be taken against the petitioner pursuant to the orders impugned in the revision.

The petitioner shall appear before respondent No.1 on 30th September, 2019.

6.

The petitioner shall not seek any adjournment before respondent No.1. If the petitioner seeks adjournment before respondent No.1, then the protection granted by this Court shall come to an end.

7.

Writ petitions are accordingly disposed of. No costs.
