The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that in view of the availability of the remedy of preferring second revision before the State Government under Section 257(2) of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 the petitioners have already preferred such a revision and the petition may be allowed to be withdrawn with a direction to the learned Minister to expedite the hearing.

The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The learned Minister shall now make every endeavor to decide the Revision as expeditiously as possible.
