It is an application for withdrawal of amount lying with the Registry in view of disposal of the appeal long back in National Lok Adalat scheduled on 08.04.2017.

Mr. S.G. Chapalgaonkar, learned counsel for respondent no.2 / Insurance Company has no objection to withdraw the remaining amount in view of final disposal of the appeal in the National Lok Adalat.
