PER COURT :- Leave granted to delete name of respondent No.6. This petition can be disposed of, by issuing directions to the respondents No.3 and 4 or any other subordinate, appointed by the Collector, to consider and take decision on the application, tendered by the petitioner on 25.6.2008 to redetermine amount of compensation, payable under section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today and it is accordingly directed.

On re-determination of amount of compensation, if the petitioner is held entitled to receive the additional amount, respondent No.5 shall disburse the amount to the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of such determination With the directions as above, writ petition is disposed of.
