This civil application is filed by the petitioner seeking direction to restore the writ petition by setting aside order passed by Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, on 15/11/2021. According to petitioner, there is delay of 226 days caused in filing the application seeking restoration of writ petition.

Learned advocate for petitioner submits that he was not aware that the writ petition has been dismissed for non-removal of ofÏce objections. When he conducted cross verification of case number of writ petition, he came across the conditional order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) for removal of ofÏce objections within two weeks. The delay caused in filing the application is not intentional and irreparable loss would be caused if the application is not allowed.

Considering that the substantial rights of petitioner are SVH

The writ petition is restored to it's original position, on condition that petitioner shall pay cost of Rs.2,000/- to the Advocates' Association Bar Library, High Court of Bombay Bench at Aurangabad. Petitioner shall remove the ofÏce objections within a period of four weeks from today. Civil application stands disposed of.
