The petitioners are aggrieved by rejection of their objection to the provisional voters list in respect of 40 persons. The learned advocate Mr. Kadam for respondent Nos.2 and 3 makes a statement that yesterday the election program has already been declared. In view of such state of affairs, coupled with the decision of the full bench of this Court in the case of Karmaveer Tulshiram Autade and Ors. Vs. The State Election Commission Mumbai and Ors.; 2021 (2) Mh.L.J. 349 and the Writ Petition No.5878/2021 in the matter of Dattatray Genaba Lole Vs. The Divisional Joint Registrar and Ors.; dated 26.11.2021, the Writ Petition is dismissed keeping open all the remedies as are available to the petitioner under the law.
