The petitioner is praying for issuance of direction clamping injunction on the elected representatives restraining them from performing their functions as elected representatives on the ground that prima facie caste certificates issued in their favour appear to be fabricated.

It is well settled position that elected representative cannot be restrained by an order of injunction from performing his/her functions. Writ Petition is misconceived and stands dismissed.
