This is an application for withdrawal of the amount of compensation awarded by this Court in XObjection (St) No.7242/2013 with First First Appeal No. 1439/2013.

Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGP for the respondent State. Copy of the judgment and order passed by this Court in the above referred appeal/X-objection is placed on record. On perusal of the order, it appears that the first appeal filed by the State is dismissed and X-objection filed by the applicants/claimants is allowed and compensation is enhanced to Rs.1,21,67,910/-.

The learned AGP submits that as per the order passed by this Court, the respondent State has deposited the entire amount together with interest and other statutory benefits. 1/2

959.odt Therefore, the amount can be paid to the applicants. 3.

In view of the above, the amounts deposited in this Court be paid to the applicants 1 to 5. Civil application is accordingly disposed of.
