DATE : 8th DECEMBER, 2021 PER COURT :- The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that time to time orders were passed by the Higher Authorities for mutating the name of the petitioner, however, concerned Talathi or Sub-Divisional Officer are not mutating the name of the petitioner.

The learned AGP appears for respondents and submits that if authorities are not mutating the name of the petitioner, then petitioner can approach to the Committee constituted under circular dated 13-02-2015. The petitioner may approach to the Committee constituted under the aforesaid Circular. If such application is made before the Committee by the petitioner, the Committee may take appropriate steps on it, in accordance with the law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the date of order. Writ petition is disposed of costs.
