Heard Mr. Natu, learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.

By way of present petition, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 29.10.2020 passed by the learned Member, Industrial Court, Ahmednagar in Complaint (ULP) No.77 of 2020, whereas the application for interim relief filed by petitioners came to be rejected. 3.

Mr. Natu, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that present petition is filed against the interim order passed below U-2 and the main complaint is still pending.

As this petition is pending since 2022 and the complaint is of the year 2020, without going into the merits of the matter, it is desirable to direct the Industrial Court to decide the main complaint within a period one year.

It is made clear that the Industrial Court shall not be influenced by earlier order passed by it while rejecting the application for interim relief and decide on its own merit in accordance with the law.
