The petitioner has been seeking to secure admission against a reserved seat in the All India Quota as well as State quota through NEET-UG-2024 conducted by respondent no.3 2.

Due to change in the date/extension by the respondent no.2 and for failure of the commensurate with it, she was unable to resign from the seat allotted from All India Quota, though she was allotted a seat in the State quota.

Learned ASGI tenders across the bar a copy of notice published by respondent no.3 today itself in the afternoon session thereby
