This petition has been filed seeking directions to the police authorities to register the crime and investigate the same. In our view, the petitioner has equally efficacious and alternate remedy under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The petitioners may avail such remedy. Needless to mention, if such application is made, the same will be decided on its own merits. The petition stands disposed of.
