The only issue raised before us is, that the petitioner has not been declared to be a valid voter in the elections to the Senate and Academic Council. The impugned order is at page 60 and the only reason, the learned Vice Chancellor has rejected his application to be enrolled as a valid voter is, non-supplying of documents in format.

The learned Advocate representing the University has placed before us a Notification dated 13/08/2022, issued by the Registrar cum Election Officer of the Nanded University, along with a specimen form (2 pages). The same is taken on record and marked as 'X-1' collectively for identification.

The learned Advocate for the respondents submits that, if the petitioner can submit the necessary documents, his request could be considered for enrolling him as a valid voter. He, however, clarifies that, today is the last day for publication of the valid voters list.

The impugned order is dated 18/10/2022, stated to have served on the petitioner in the evening on 18/10/2022. He filed his petition in the evening on 19/10/2022 and mentioned for urgent circulation at around 5.30 p.m., yesterday. We granted him circulation for today.

In view of the above, considering that the University intends to look into the grievance of the petitioner, provided he tenders the requisite documents, this petition is disposed off, with liberty to the petitioner, to tender the relevant documents to the University, by tomorrow upto 2.00 p.m., in view of the Notification 'X-1'. Thereafter, the University is at liberty to consider his grievance on it's own merits.
