Heard Mr. Hiwrekar, learned counsel for the appellant. He submits that the dispute between the parties is amicably settled, and as such, the appellants do not want to prosecute this appeal. 3.
On perusing the record, it is revealed that the appeal is at the stage of admission. It would be just and proper to allow the appellants to withdraw the appeal in view of amicable settlement arrived at between the parties.

The second appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn in view of amicable settlement between the parties.

No order as to the costs.

In view of disposal of the second appeal no.300/2020, civil application Nos. 4761/2020, 4762/2020 and 4764/2020 also stand disposed of.
