In proceedings challenging the succession certifcate granted in favour of the respondents, the petitioner had fled an application praying for temporary injunction. By order dated 11.05.2018, the trial Court allowed the application and restrained present respondents from using the succession certifcate granted in their favour for any purpose till disposal of the petition. This order was challenged by the present respondents before the District Court in appeal which is allowed by the impugned judgment. The learned District Judge has set aside the order passed by the trial Court and has rejected the application fled by the present petitioner praying for temporary injunction.
