Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The learned counsel for the parties submit that the parties have entered into the compromise and the compromise terms are filed before the civil court. In terms of the compromise one of the condition is that the present writ petition would be withdrawn by the petitioner. In pursuance of the compromise, the petitioner seeks leave of this court to withdraw the present writ petition.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

The learned counsel has some apprehension that in the event the compromise is not acted upon by the other side, the consequential order would be required to restore the present writ petition. It is clarified that in the event the compromise is not acted upon, the aggrieved party may apply to the civil court for appropriate relief as is available in law.

Pending civil application is also disposed of.
