PER COURT:- 1.

The affidavit is filed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Partur stating that the land acquisition proceedings as per the new Act are going on and it will be completed within limited period, as per the Act and Rules. The Land Acquisition Proceedings would be completed within a period of eighteen months.

The period of eighteen months have lapsed after filing the affidavit.

In case, the acquisition proceedings are not initiated as on date, the same shall be initiated within three months from today and shall be completed within the period stipulated under the The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition,
