The applicant prays for listing WP No.7795/2010 for final hearing out of turn. It is pointed out that by order dated 08/04/2015, this Court has Admitted this petition and the hearing has been expedited.

Since this Court is taking up old final hearing matters from the year 1995 onwards, this application cannot be entertained at this stage.
