1] Caste claim of the petitioner as Thakur Scheduled Tribe is invalidated.

2] Amongst other submissions, one of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the Committee has invalidated the caste claim under common order 30th September, 2020, in case of the present petitioner and his real brother, namely, Vivek as Thakur Scheduled Tribe. The said Vivek filed Writ Petition bearing No.9054 of 2020 before this Court. This Court, under order dated 13th January, 2021, allowed the said Writ Petition and directed the Committee to issue validity certificate to the petitioner of Thakur Scheduled Tribe.

3] We have heard learned AGP.

13502.21WP 4] For the reasons recorded in the order dated 13th January, 2021 in Writ Petition No.9054 of 2020, we follow the same course and pass the following order :

ORDER

i] The Committee shall issue validity certificate to the petitioner of Thakur Scheduled Tribe. The said validity certificate shall be subject to the decision that would be taken by the Committee in the proceedings reopened of the validity holders relied by the petitioner.

ii] Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
