Mr. Nagori, the learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have applied for issuance of caste/tribe certificates with the Sub Divisional Officer. Since 2015, their applications are pending. This Court earlier also directed Sub Divisional Officer to decide the applications within a stipulated period. As yet, the applications are not decided. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that

3 904WP-11837-2019 the petitioners are required to file an application on-line through SETU Kendra. It is because the petitioners had not filed the said application, the Sub Divisional Officer has not yet decided the same. The Union also had filed an application and the Sub Divisional Officer cannot decide the application of the Union for issuance of caste/tribe certificate.

Mr. Nagori, the learned Counsel submits that each petitioner has individually filed application on-line in writ petition No. 11861 of 2019.

Each of the petitioner shall file on-line application for getting the caste/tribe certificate as per the procedure. The application shall be complete in all respects. The application shall be filed in physical form. Upon receipt of the application on-line, the respondent Sub Divisional Officer shall decide the said application, that may be filed by the petitioner on-line and upon compliance of the entire procedure preferably within three months from the date, the petitioners file on-line applications complete in all respects.

The earlier applications along with the documents filed therewith shall also be considered by the learned Sub Divisional Officer.
