Mr. Kadethankar, learned counsel appearing for State Election Commission on written instructions received from the Tahsildar, Kinwat, District Nanded submits that already the Tahsildar has initiated process of finalizing voter's list and the same will be published by the end of December, 2018 and thereafter election programme will be declared.

Upon completion of preparation and finalizing the voter's list, respondent No. 4 shall take immediate steps to conduct election of the vacant post of member of village Panchayat, Khambala. 3.

With the above observation, civil application stands disposed of.
