PER COURT :- Heard learned Counsel appearing for the applicant, learned AGP appearing for the respondent State and learned Counsel appearing for the Acquiring Body.

In view of the submissions made by the learned Counsel appearing for the parties, the following order is passed:-

ORDER

I) The applicant is permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Balance 25% of the deposited amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any Nationalized Bank for the period till disposal of the appeal.

II) Civil application for withdrawal of amount stands disposed of.

III) List the matter on 13.12.2018.
