In view of the enhancement of the pecuniary jurisdiction of the District Court the appeals from orders would now be within the realm of District Court, Aurangabad. The appeals from orders are transferred to District Court, Aurangabad. The registry shall take immediate steps to transfer the matters.

The parties represented by the respective counsels agree to appear before the Principal District Court, Aurangabad on 05th October, 2015 and thereafter shall appear before the concerned Court as per allotment of the matters. The registry shall see that, prior to the said date matters are transferred to the District Court, Aurangabad.
