The Petitioner No.1, who claims to be the President of Shahid Tipu Sultan Foundation at Nandurbar and Sada Janseva Foundation, is aggrieved that the board bearing the name of Tipu Sultan was removed by miscreants in the midnight of 05.07.2023 and 06.07.2023. He submits that the District Collector, who was served with a representation dated 30.08.2023, assured the Petitioners of immediate action.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. Let the khs/Oct.2023/12573

- 2 - Respondent No.2 deal with the said situation being the District Magistrate / District Collector, Nandurbar.

The District Collector would submit a compliance report to this Court by 30.01.2024.
