All the respondents are served, except respondent no.2. It seems that respondent respondent no.2 is a driver and in view of his nature of duty, he could not be served. Now, the appellants are seeking prayer for substituted service against respondent no.2 by way of paper publication. It needs to be allowed.

O R D E R

(i) The application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
