The grievance is that the Petitioner is issued the tribe certificate with incorrect spelling. The Petitioner has applied for giving the corrected tribe certificate on 15.11.2021. 4.

The Petitioner shall surrender the original tribe certificate with incorrect spelling to the SDO. The SDO, after verifying the genuineness of

2 wp 13009.2021 the said certificate shall issue the corrected tribe certificate to the Petitioner within two (02) weeks.

The Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
