This application is filed for bringing legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 1 in the appeal namely Annapurna Kashiraya Navtake who died during the pendency of the appeal. There is delay of 3322 days caused in filing the application.

It is submitted that the applicants were not aware of the proceedings pending before this Court and therefore, delay is caused. 3.

Considering the nature of prayer, delay stands condoned. The

The appellant in the appeal to amend the title cause suitably by showing legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 1 in the appeal as given in paragraph No. 2 of the application within a period of four (04) weeks from today.
