This application is for bringing on record legal representatives of petitioner deceased Shantabai, who died on 01.11.2022. Present applicant Nos. 1A/1 to 1A/3 are heirs of pre-deceased son of Shantabai i.e. Manoj, who died on 03.02.2008. Now present applicants are only heirs of deceased Shantabai. In view of the same, they have filed this application. There is delay of 612 days caused in filing this application.

For the reasons recorded in the application, delay stands condoned. The application is allowed. The applicants to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title of the petition and the application within two weeks.

So far as Writ Petition No. 11815 of 2021 is concerned, returnable date is extended by eight weeks from today.
