At the outset, on instructions, the learned A.P.P. informs this Court that charge-sheet was filed on 29th August 2016. This Application takig

cra5651.16 exception only to the F.I.R. was filed on 5th October 2016, though the charge-sheet was already filed.

In that view of the matter, we dispose of this Application with liberty to the Applicant, if he is so advised, to avail the appropriate remedy of filing the application for discharge before the concerned Court. In case such application for discharge is filed within four weeks from today, the concerned Court to decide the same on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible, however within six weeks from filing such application, in case charge is not framed.

The Application is disposed of, accordingly.
