The learned advocate for the applicant prays for expeditious hearing of the case. This Court is not having stock as to how many cases are expedited by this Court or the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Therefore, it would be proper to direct the trial Court to decide

The trial Court shall bear in mind, it is a Special Case as well as Sessions Case and Sessions Case means once it is started, it shall not be stopped till it finally decided. However, the trial Court is at liberty to proceed with the expeditious trials, which might have been expedited by the order of this Court earlier or the Hon'ble Supreme Court. (SANJAY A.
