Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicant seeks bail in Crime No.I-0131 of 2024 registered with Vedant Nagar Police Station, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, for the offences punishable under sections 21(b), 22(B), 29, 8(c) of the Prevention of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and sections 135 read with 37(1) of the Maharashtra Police Act. 3.
The police trapped the co-accused on secrete information that he was carrying the narcotic drugs. Their trap was successful. The huge quantity of Nitrosun 10 tables were recovered from him. The applicant was not present there. She has been arraigned as an accused as she was allegedly a supplier of the above drugs. However, her house was not searched and no drugs as such were recovered from her or his house. Only on the basis of the statement of the co-accused, she has been arraigned as an accused. She is
1853.2024BA.odt languishing in jail for sufficient time. At this juncture, there is no incriminating material against her. Hence, the following order:
O R D E R
(i) Bail Application is allowed.
(ii) Applicant NAGMA W/O IMRAN SHAIKH @ BAJI be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of like amount, in the above crime for the aforesaid offences, on the following conditions :
(a) The applicant should not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
(b) She should attend the concerned police station as and when called on written notice of the Investigating Officer till the filing chargesheet.
