The application is filed for restoration of writ petition No. 1105 of 2009.

The petition was filed for relief of compensation on the ground that his age old father and uncle were illegally detained by the Police. It appears that the proceeding is filed on behalf of father and uncle. Apparently, the applicant has no locus to file such proceedings and the proceedings could have been filed by the persons who have grievance against detention. The point was made by this Court in the order dated 19.10.2020.

Mr. Ingole, learned counsel for the applicant is not present in the Court hall. He is not present online also.

Writ petition is dismissed.
