Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

The applicant is seeking recalling of order dated 24/07/2024 whereby registration of his second appeal was refused for non-removal of office objections. There is also delay of 40 delay in filing this application. The learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove all the office objections within two weeks.

In view of the same, the order dated 24/07/2024 stands recalled and the appeal be restored for removal of office objections within two weeks subject to deposit of cost of Rs.500/- to be paid to the Advocate's Bar Librar, High Court, Aurangabad.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
