Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the State places on record a copy of the corrigendum to the Government order dated 23.7.2015, issued on 12th October, 2015, and the same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The State Government has decided to exclude the class of Agricultural Produce Market Committees, which would be completing a period of six years as on 22.1.2016, from the purview of the order dated 23.7.2015, directing postponement of the elections of the Agricultural Produce Market Committees for a period of six months. Since the order dated 23.7.2015, shall not apply to the A.P.M.C., Jawala Bazar, it would be obligatory on the part of the State Government to proceed to conduct the elections in accordance with the provisions of law.
