Heard both sides. This Court by order dated 18.7.2007 stayed execution of the impugned judgment and award upon appellant depositing in this Court an amount of Rs.11,50,000/-. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1-original appellant submits that entire amount of Rs.11,50,000/-, as directed by order dated 18.7.2007, is deposited in this Court. 3.

In view of this, civil application, seeking direction against respondent No.1 to deposit the remaining amount under award, cannot be entertained. Civil application is accordingly rejected. ( V. K. JADHAV, J.) rlj/
